Effective with the Igor Gateway Software version 5.3.0 release, the Igor Command Line Interface (CLI) diagnostics tool executable file will be included when downloading new or updating current versions of the Igor Gateway Software. This tool provides the following:
- Basic diagnostic information regarding Igor services and port status.
- Ability to troubleshoot services (start/stop/restart) and port conflicts using simple command lines.
- Commands to install and configure self-signed certificates or users' own certificates to enable HTTPS for use with both the API and the Gateway Admin User Interface (UI).
User Access: Access to the frequently used commands described in this document are intended for users who have administrative privileges to open the Windows Start "Command Prompt" for status details and troubleshooting during or after Igor Gateway Software 5.3.0 installation.
